C & G藝術三角於今年10月至明年8月，每月邀請一位(共十位)本地藝術家，於跑馬地社區連結跑馬地街坊，進行一系列社區藝術活動。 

頭炮活動，由藝術家王永棠主理，並與民間車衣女工組織---「織織團」合作，在10月分舉辦了多次以手作編織、舊衣循環再利用的工作坊 及 即興創作交流活動。活動以編織為主要媒介，透過「收集」、「拆解」、「重組」、「交織」、「再造」、「分享」，去思考現世代的資源分佈不均的問題、意見交流暢通性 及 自由意志的重要等議題。 

11月，整月，「織織圓」計劃展覽先行，開幕延後，於11月13日進行，王永棠將C & G藝術三角成為工作坊成果 及 舊衣升級再造織物展示場地。有興趣參觀的朋友，可即日至11月30日前，到來三角位欣賞展品，費用全免；如有興趣收藏展品的朋友，可自由定價購買。開幕當日將邀請本地藝術家魂游與王永棠進行對談，討論社區藝術於跑馬地的的發展潛質，也會同場放映有關土瓜灣社區藝術的錄像： 《借口》。由於限聚令持續生效，對談環節現場只預留少量座位觀眾供現場參與，對談過程會透過網絡直播，請密切留意我們網站 及 facebook。 

‘Happy Valley’ is a one-year long community art program at C&G Art Triangle, from Oct 2020 till Aug 2021. Totally 10 local artists are invited to exhibit and/or perform every month at the art space and in the neighborhood. 

The first kickoff project is led by artist WONG Wing Tong and ‘Jik Jik Team,’ a group of sewing workers. In October, they hosted several knitting workshops to upcycle old clothes and connect with kaifongs in the area. The process of decomposing, rearranging, recycling and re-distributing probes questions about the uneven distribution of resources worldwide and about possibilities of more free platforms for idea exchanges. 

In November, ‘Jik Jik Team’ is exhibiting the upcycled products at C&G Art Triangle. The show will run until Nov 30. All are welcome to visit. For those who are interested in collecting a piece, welcome to set your own price. At the opening evening, local artist wen yau is invited to have a dialogue with WONG about community art. A video piece about community art in To Kwa Wan, titled, “An Excuse” will also be screened. Due to the crowd control policy, there will only be limited seats on site, but we will have live-broadcast on our facebook page. Please stay tuned.

藝術家簡介 | About the artists: 

王永棠 WONG Wing Tong 
跟隨香港先鋒藝術家郭孟浩「蛙王」學習多年，非常善於運用不同的媒材進行創作，從繪畫到立體作品，裝置到行為藝術，都能展現出強烈的創意和精神性。少見的一位天生對媒材有著極強感知力的藝術家，同時又受過正统的藝術訓練。2011年擔任藝術家「蛙王」參加威尼斯雙年展 (香港館) 的藝術家助理，隨隊前往威尼斯工作並得到一趟寶貴的藝術交流經驗。 
曾多次參予在香港和中國內地舉辦的聯展，過往亦曽經參予多個大型舞台裝置及壁畫等藝術計劃。現職社區藝術家，積極與本地居民丶獨立藝術家和機構合作，推動本土文化藝術，把不同的藝術活動經驗分享於社區。他是一位堅定丶充滿熱情和非常熱愛自己城市的創作者。 

Tong graduated from RMIT University jointly organized with the Hong Kong Arts Bachelor of Arts (Fine Art). His works are mostly painting, with preference to oil painting. Tong likes the slow process of oil painting which allows him to think not only about the artwork itself, but also his life, the path he’s taking as well as his ideas and beliefs. Tong is always strongly and creatively expressive in applying a wide range of medium in art from paintings to sculpture, from installation to performance. He has a natural instinct and talent in using materials on top of his traditional well-trained techniques. 
Tong has participated in many group exhibitions in Hong Kong and China, including varies stage installation and mural painting art projects. Currently working as a community artist in Hong Kong, Tong collaborates with many local residents, independent artists and organizations, and contributes to local society, traditional crafts and culture. 

魂游 wen yau 
跨媒介藝術家、研究、策劃及評論人，近年專注於即場／行為藝術與社會實踐的創作及研究。作品多是就地創作，愛在文化差異及公共與親暱之間進行微軟游擊， 

As a cross-media artist, researcher, curator and writer, wen yau has been concentrating on performance/live art and social practices in the last few years. Her works often grapple with cultural difference and intimacy in public space. 

織織團 Jik Jik Team 「織織團」是一個象徵連繫既品牌，由2014年10月，一批彩色毛冷將一班婦女聚首一堂，互相交流，分享心得，讓編織成為對身邊人的慰問，婦女們不知不覺發揮關懷，利用對生活所需的微細感受，織出創意，一針一勾用心製作，用編織連繫你我！ Jik Jik Team is a symbolic brand to connect, established since October 2014, after a group of females gathered around some colorful yarns. It is not only about knitting, but also about getting to know each other when one knits and creates.  

C & G藝術三角 C&G Art Triangle 「C & G藝術三角」成立於2019年，為C & G藝術單位的分部，位於跑馬地一小地鋪。以發展區內社區藝術為主要方向，期望藉此連繫「社區」、「藝術活動」和「參與者」，並嘗試把策劃元素交由參與街坊高度參與，鼓勵市民自行發展進一步延續活動。 
提倡由下而上的策劃方針，以貼地、幽默、諷刺時弊的角度，回應社區事件，期望觸發更多的回應。配合低門檻的藝術媒介，讓更多民眾可以輕鬆主動參與。 

Established in 2019, C&G Art Triangle is an extension of C&G Artpartment. It is located in a small shop at Happy Valley, and attempts to explore different art forms for community engagement. With its bottom-up curatorial direction, Art Triangle hopes to address community and social issues with down-to-earth, humorous but critical approaches.
